J Michael Plyler

DDS PA

Dr. Plyler is a native of Gurdon, Arkansas. He is a graduate of Gurdon High School, Henderson State University, then the University of Tennessee school of dentistry.

He has been practicing in Hot Springs for 25 years. He and his wife, Sharon, have been married for 30 years and they have two sweet boys, one daughter-in-law, and a precious grandson.

The Plyler's are active in their local church where he serves as a deacon and enjoys serving on mission trips. Dr. Plyler is also a volunteer at the charitable Christian medical clinic here in Hot Springs and with Donated Dental Services of Arkansas.

He is a member of the American Dental Association, The Academy of General Dentistry, The Arkansas State Dental Association, and the Garland County Dental Association.

Dr. Plyler enjoys spending time with this family, traveling, kayaking, mountain biking, and many other outdoor activities.

Jacob W. Mayfield

Dr. Jacob Mayfield is a native of Cabot, Arkansas. He graduated from the University of Arkansas, and then the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry. Dr. Mayfield loves spending time with his family, traveling, being outdoors, and all things sports, especially those Razorback related. If he is not at work or pursuing his hobbies, he is probably spending time with his two pets, Brock and Kora. Dr. Mayfield said, “I am very excited for the opportunity to start my career in such a beautiful location and blessed to be able to work in such a great profession. My goal is to use this opportunity that God gave me to serve the people in the community by being the best dentist I can be. “

Ariana Vazquez

DDS

Dr. Ariana Vazquez grew up in a lively household in South Texas with three older brothers and a twin sister, an experience that taught her the importance of connection, empathy, and care from an early age. Her passion for healthcare began in childhood, first by helping her mother care for the small animals she fostered, and later by extending that same compassion to people in her community.

Dr. Vazquez earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from The University of Texas Health San Antonio School of Dentistry, where she developed advanced skills in restorative dentistry, including crowns, dentures, and implant-supported restorations. She is committed to partnering with her patients to create thoughtful, personalized treatment plans that prioritize long-term oral health while honoring each individual’s unique needs.

Dr. Vazquez is bilingual and speaks Spanish, allowing her to better connect with and serve Spanish-speaking patients. She is excited to bring her dedication and warm approach to her new practice, where her goal is to help every patient feel informed, cared for, and confident in their smile.
